Arkem develops new polymers based on our customer’s requirements in our new Polymer Development Laboratory using the latest technology and equipment.

Our Applications Laboratory is staffed by experienced chemists who carry out testing and development on all our customers industries. This includes dispersant testing as well as paint formulation and development. Arkem is one of the only laboratories in South Africa to own a specialized Rheometer and we test all our Rheology Modifiers extensively to ensure that they perform at their best in your individual application.
